If you’re experiencing issues with the app on your phone or VR headset, please try each of the following steps in turn:
On your phone:
- Check your internet connection using fast.com. If your connection is slower than 25mbps, you may need to disconnect other apps or websites that are using the same network. See also Connection speed
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Restart the MelodyVR app by closing it completely and re-opening from your home or apps screen.
- Turn your phone off and back on again.
- Log out of MelodyVR and then sign back in.
- Delete the MelodyVR app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play (this will also ensure you are using the latest version).
- Head to settings, select ‘Clear app settings’ and then log back into the app.
On your VR headset:
- Check your internet connection using fast.com. If your connection is slower than 25mbps, you may need to disconnect other apps or websites that are using the same network. See also Connection speed
- Turn the headset off and back on again.
- Delete the MelodyVR app and reinstall it from the Oculus store (this will also ensure you are using the latest version).
- Disconnect from WiFi and then rejoin.
